Ryan Phelps is a tenured, nationwide Real Estate Expert who has specialized in almost every facet of the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Over the past 20 years Ryan has excelled at Landlord/Tenant representation (both In-House and as a Licensed Broker), led hundreds of beginning-to-end restaurant/retail/office developments, planned/executed on multiple national-brand franchise Development Agreements, and even successful acquisitions of companies; including bankruptcy related acquisitions/reorganizations of their respective Real Estate portfolios. To date, Ryan has created nearly $2 Billion in enterprise value for his clients and companies. 

Along with the above experience; many accolades have been awarded for his achievements along the way. These include multiple consecutive years as the “Popeyes Developer of the Year”, multiple consecutive years as the “Arby’s Developer of the Year”, Chain Store Age Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40”, and helped a former company leverage these accomplishments to sign multiple record breaking, 100-store Development Agreements with McAlister’s Deli and Papa John’s. 

Ryan has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for nearly 20 years, ICSC Member for 20 years, and was most recently named a Bell Leadership Academy Achiever by Dr. Gerald Bell.
